The first time you run The Eagle, The Eagle Setup Wizard appears. The Setup Wizard enables you to easily configure each The Eagle module by prompting you for all necessary information. Each module contains a setup button that launches the appropriate setup dialog boxes. Click Finish to save the data you've entered for each module. Once setup for a module is complete, the main Wizard shows a "Completed" status. Complete each section in the order listed, as information from one section may be used to fill in fields for a later section.
You may return to the Setup Wizard at any time by selecting Setup > Initial Setup from The Eagle's main menu. You can also use the normal Setup options located under the Setup menu to configure settings for any of the modules.
Need Help?
To get help for any of the dialogs, press the Help button located to the bottom left of the dialog. This allows you to view more information about the nature of each section and what you should enter there.
