Follow these steps to set up third party insurance, such as DIS, NSP, PIP, and U-PIC.
From The Eagle main menu, select Setup > Third Party Insurance.
To implement third party insurance for a carrier, select a carrier from the drop-down list and click the "Enable 3rd party insurance for this carrier" check box.

Configure Freight Billing: choose to use Third Party insurance only when freight is billed to the Sender; or use Third Party insurance for all billing types (Collect, Third Party, Recipient, etc).
Enter the discount percentage
and maximum value covered by the insurer.
Repeat steps 2 – 4 for each carrier for whom you want to use third
party insurance.
Click the Insurer tab
and select the insurance company from the Insurer drop-down list. If you
choose "Other", type in the name and address of the company.
For any company that you use, type your Account Number in the field provided.
If you are using an
Insurer that requires an FTP connection, such as NPS, the FTP Info tab
is enabled. This tab displays the code that identifies you to the Insurer's
FTP server.

Click OK to save the information you entered.
