You can view List rates, Custom rates, and Rate Rules in the Rate Utility.
From The Eagle main toolbar, select Carriers > Rate Utility.
When the Rate Utility window appears, click the "+" next to the carrier for which you want to view rates. If using multiple accounts, select the account.
Then, click the "+" beside the service type, such as Domestic, International, etc.
Click on the service for which you want to view
rates. The List, Custom, and Rules tabs display to the right.
Notes: The tabs that display depend upon the carrier selected. Custom
Rates and Rules will not display for FedEx and DHL because your custom
rates are automatically downloaded from the carrier. Rules will not display
for UPS if you are importing your custom rates.
