In the past, custom UPS rates were built based on rules defined in the Rate Utility. These rules were applied to the published UPS rates distributed with The Eagle. Now, The Eagle 9.9 gives you the capability to import your custom rates from a UPS-provided file.
Tanner Technology System now offers a new service to import your custom UPS rates into The Eagle. Simply contact your UPS account executive and request your custom rates in Excel format (XLS). For a small fee of $100 per UPS account, Tanner Technology System will convert them into a format usable by The Eagle.
To use your imported rates as the custom rate, select the UPS Account and click Imported Rates.
UPS Residential and Next Day Early A.M
The Eagle now supports separate physical rates for UPS Residential and Next Day Early AM services.
