During end-of-day Close, you can export shipment information to an ASCII comma delimited file.
This is the only time you can access the Setup Export function.
During Close, click the Setup Export button on the Post Shipments window.
In the Export field, type the name of the file
to which you want to export the shipment information.
You can also click Browse to select the file from an Explorer-type
window.
If you want The Eagle to perform an export automatically each time you post shipments, click the Enable Export on Post check box.
Decide which fields to include in the file.
Click a field and press the > button so that it is moved to the Include These Fields: box. To include all fields, press the >> button. To select multiple fields at the same time, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on fields and then press the > button. To remove fields from the Include These Fields: box, select them and use the < or << keys.
Click OK.
Notes
FedEx Exports include the Meter # (when shipping with FedEx Server).
If you are shipping with multiple UPS accounts: Exporting on Post (see Step 3) includes additional fields that indicate the Shipper Account.
