Overview

The Multi-Company interface is used to connect to more than one source database (i.e. company file). Some interfaces (Macola, Microsoft Business Solutions Great Plains and Small Business Manager, Sage Peachtree, and more) have the ability to connect to multiple source databases within a single installation of The Eagle.

In Financial System Setup you will set up your companies and configure how fields in the financial system  map over to fields in The Eagle. This module also gives you access to Write-Back capabilities and Freight Rules. Freight rules take your List or Custom rates and change the freight you charge to customers based on financial system data or carrier system shipment fields, so freight charges will always automatically comply with your business rules.
